Listing FAQ's

How to open an account?

Your account will automatically be created when you add your first listing. Once registered, you'll be able to log in, edit your profile, and manage your listing(s).

Do I have to pay to be listed?

Not for a basic listing. Please see our pricing plans under the "Business Partner Menu" for details about the advantages of paid options.

How to add listing?

You can start by clicking on "Add Listing" or "Add Business Listing" found in both the main menu and in the footer of each page.

What is featured listing?

Featured listings have several advantages over standard and free listings: (1) They have the "Featured" badge and rise to the top of their respective categories, (2) They are included on the homepage rotation as well as called out in other areas of the site, (3) Featured listings have an enhanced image gallery if you've got great photos to show off, (4) All-In Packages also allow you to list in multiple (up to 3) categories without having to pay separately for each listing.

My business is already in the directory, but I didn't add it and/or I can't edit (or delete) it. What do I do?

At the bottom of every listing page, there is the option to claim the business, assuming it has not already been claimed. Once you click on the "Claim Now!" button and submit details to verify ownership, I'll review and approve so that you can manage the listing.

I have a question you didn't answer. What's the best way to contact you?

At the footer of every page, under the "Connect with CWS" section, you can click on the "Email Donn" link to use your default email app, or click on "Contact Form" to use our online inquiry form. Email is my preferred method of contact, but if you just have to speak with me directly, my mobile number is (630) 430-2507. *Please note that I screen my calls so don't take it personally* I do my best to respond within 24 hours if not sooner.
