Antoinette is from Killarney in Ireland where she started working in hotels in 1988. She studied Law and French at University College Cork, but followed her heart and went on to graduate in 1998 from the University of Birmingham U.K. with a degree in Hotel Business Management.
Antoinette has worked in many hotels in Ireland, England, and the United States and she has now decided to focus her career in catering here at The Drake. Antoinette has worked at The Drake since 1998 and is well known for her superior customer service and her ability to exceed client expectations creating memories for a lifetime.
